sometimes spelled Piedmont in English, and is easily accessible
from Genoa, Milan, Turin, Cuneo and Nice airports.

The property can be let in three ways.
1. MANEGGIA
A superbly restored farmhouse offering accomodation on 2 floors
with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 2 fully equipped kitchens
with dinng areas, TV and video in both of the lounges.
The villa is set within its own grounds and orchard, and on
two borders has the splendid Dolcetto and Barbera vineyards.
Guests may pick fruit from our orchard for own use. There is
ample easy parking for at least 5 cars, as there are two sliding
gates , one in the front and one at the rear. The main town
is Ovada which is less than 12 minutes away, and is most beautiful
with years and years of history wherever one looks. There are
several small villages very close to the villa together with
a magnificent Golf course with all facilities such as a Spar
with internal pool.
Within 10 to 15 minutes there is a magnificent pool complex
(5 pools catering for all ages) set in a beautiful area very
near Trisobbio and overlooked by a magnificent Castle. Close
by there is a most beautiful National Park with lakes, and a
river. The beaches of the mediterranean can be reached in 45
mins by car.
2. DOLCETTO
A most beautiful and large apartment sleeping 2 – 4 people
named as Dolcetto. It has a fully equipped new Kitchen, a table
for four, and a front door and rear door and a single security
internal door.
There is a staircase to the first floor which has a large lounge,
dining area, TV. There are three magnificent views from this
room one being over to the Appennines, the other two being farm
land and vineyards. In this room there is also a Dining table
for eight including eight chairs, and a double sofa settee bed
plus two armchairs
In the landing there is a completely new bathroom, and a new
Bedroom with twin Beds and a large fitted wardrobe with mirrors.
There is also a security door on the landing separating Dolcetto
and Barbera
3. The remaining part of the Villa is known as BARBERA
The ground Floor has an entrance to the hall and to the lounge
which has a grand log fire and also TV and DVD. The lounge also
has a double sofa settee bed, an antique suite, being a settee
and two chairs. Along the hall there is a twin bedroom with
adjoining bathroom, and a small room with an additional freezer
and a fridge. This room also has a security door to the Dolcetto
kitchen. The opposite end of the hall is the Kitchen with the
original brickwork ceiling and marble sink. The kitchen has:
a new Aga, a marble sink and draining board, and a fridge; it
also has an antique dining table and sideboard for china an
glass. In the corner there is also door to the exit out of the
second main gate.
The security doors will remain locked while visitors have rented
the Dolcetto and Barbera . The only time the security doors
will be opened is when the complete villa is taken then the
security doors will be open giving access to the whole villa
known as Maneggia
